    Description

    Up for sale here is this neat vintage rack-mount AC/DC power supply/variac.  I don't know if this is homemade or was manufactured, but it doesn't have any ID on it other than on the Variac, which is a General Radio model 200-C and has a great vintage label on the back.  This is a standard rack-mount size--19" wide and 6.75" tall.  The rack-mount panel itself is NOT metal, even though it looks like it--it's some sort of pressboard that's black on the front and brown on the back.  This is completely untested, but it looks like it should work fine.  I will guarantee the individual components to work, but I have no idea how this is wired up, so you may need to fiddle around with it a bit.  Physical condition is good, but there is some wear on the panel, especially on the left side.  The power cord is cracking a little on the rubber covering, but it's not too bad.  Please see my pictures for details.
