    Description

    Up for sale here is this set of 10 (ten) brand new Fairchild KSA1013YBU transistors.  These are genuine Fairchild transistors, and are invaluable for vintage electronics restoration.  They are great subs/replacements for a number of vintage transistors that can get noisy over the years.  These will replace the following transistors, among others:
    2SA497
    2SA628
    2SA720
    2SA850
    2SA1013
    Many vintage Pioneer, Sansui, Marantz, and other brand receivers and amplifiers will develop transistor issues over the years, and these brand new Fairchild KSA1013s are a great way to fix that.  I personally use these in receiver rebuilds, and go through quite a few every week.  Please see my pictures for details.
