Condition: Preowned in it's intended field. Power Ups as you can see. AC green button light illuminates as well as the Output Red button illuminates as well.  WE do NOT certify or calibrate. It will have usage/handling/surface wear/dirty, etc and such as one should expect from used/preowned equipment.
Nice unit and looks as well taken care of.
