You are bidding on Custom LEGO® instructions based on the Lord of the Rings Edoras Golden Hall of King Theoden, otherwise known as Medusheld.  This is a modular build, and extremely detailed! This Awesome Manual (pdf) will show you how to build a Minifig Scale Golden Hall using
bricks from your own collection.
This build is a lengthy one.  The manual is three PDF's , weighing in at 248 pages! Lots of interior details! The roof lifts off into three sections, to access the interior!  The inside contains the main hall with fire pit that leads to the raised alter and throne.  The hand's stool sits to the right of the throne, and fire pots adorn the sides.  The main room has a small table for the king, a large guest table with benches, fireplace, ale barrel filling station, large pillars, rear flags, top windows with space for figs, and a lookout tower that can hold a figure as well.  King's private bedroom with bed and nightstand also round out the interior.
The file will run on a PC or MAC and contains a complete full color PDF file (step by step) instructions, professionally made (see photo of actual instruction page above),   Also contains finished photo stills of the actual model and a complete parts list of what you will need to build it.  All parts needed are off the shelf.  You don't need to cut or glue anything to create this model.
